Orders can also be picked up in-store.
In this case, payment can be made in cash or by credit card.
Ordered items will be dispatched after confirmation of remittance.
For shipment, we use Yamato Transport in Japan, EMS of Japan Post for foreign countries.
(Depending on the volume of goods, a different shipping method may be used)
Actual costs will be charged for both domestic and overseas shipment.
Usually, we ship within 2~3 working days after confirming payment.
We do not accept returns for customer reasons.
If there are any defects in our products that are not described in the data, please contact us and return the product to us within 7 days.
(We do not accept returns of goods after 7 days of arrival).
